                      The  History  of south india is replete with acheivements of indiviuals who have an indelible mark on sand s of time .one Such individuals Shri .T.S.R Khanniayann  the started his career trading Electro Mechnical Equipment ,Later he started the Power Transformers business and was very Sucessfull .In 1992 The Hindusthan Educational and Charitable Trust was formed and the year 1998 saw birth of HICAS.
 
   
 
                 Shri .T.S.R.Khanniayann  is a man with vision wanting to do his best in the Services of humanity .He Belives that "Sucess in life is not determined by how we are doing compared to others but how we are doing compared with we are capable of
doing ".....He was adwarded the "Best Entrepreneur" for the excellent services to youth and  "kongu Rathan "Adward for being an outstanding person in the services of humanity.
                                       He was adwarded    "Life Time  Education Acheivements Award" 2010

                    The living legend who is behind the success story of the Hindusthan Educational institutions, an icon among women called Mrs. Sarasuwathi Khannaiyann.

Vying with her husband Mr.T.S.R. Khanniyann she, to her share, assists, guides, channelizes and monitors the trust with the amazing skill, and prudence backed by her astounding and eminent managerial acuman. Every step she takes proves her as an able, born administrator in the management of the academic affairs of her educational instutions cluster, many a time, the inspecting apex authorities had complemented with profuse admiration of her managerial skill.

                             

 

 

            Mrs. T.S.R. Sarasuwathi Khannaiyan has to our admiration redeemed many families steeped into poverty in which generations together they had been wallowing. Her ineffable dynamism has won her the laural “The Best Woman Entrepreneur” of the Coimbatore during 2006.She Recentely She  adwarded  "Rajiv Gandhi shiromani" for her outstanding indiviual Acheivements ,"BharatGavrarAdwardand  Sadbhavana Award " on 2010 for Distinguished Services to the Nation.

                       A youth icon who is the elder son of shri T.S.R.Khannaiyann and smt saraswathy Khanniayann is Mr.Sakthivel .Armed with Engineering degree he boldly is entered the administratrive line at  Hindusthan College of Arts and Science and brought in revoluntary changes within a short time .He is a yanamic and Energetic youngester and his Enthusiam is unparallel .He played a Major role in starting Hindusthan Engineering college .He is an Excellent Example for the youth power .his ability to mobilze students for any programme and his power to motivate them to be the best , in really phenomenal.

                                 A  Soft Spoken Young Lady who is the younger daughter shri T.S.R.Khannaiyann and smt saraswathy Khanniayann is Priya  displayed  Excellent managerial qualities at an early age .she took over the Hindushan Higher Secondary school and developed it on par withsome of the schools.The Sucess at hindusthan School encouraged her to help in the administration of Hindusthan college of Arts and Science .She very Sucessfully managed to bring fresh ,innovative ideas into the existing system.over the  4 years she revolutionalized HICAS ,by stressing the importance of providing placements to the outgoing Graduates .So many Students from under Privileged  families are thankful to her for her Efforts .
